FAQ
Who do you work with?
I work with both women and men seeking support in areas like hormone balance, energy, digestive health, fertility awareness, preconception, postpartum recovery, and overall wellness. While much of my training focuses on women’s health, my approach to nutrition is personalized for each client—no matter the season of life or background.
What kind of nutrition training do you have?
I’ve completed multiple certifications in whole-food nutrition and functional wellness, and I’m currently completing my Applied Clinical Nutritionist credential through Whole Food Practice. My education emphasizes root-cause support, nourishment through real food, and understanding how the body is designed to heal and thrive when given the right tools.
What can I expect in a nutrition consult?
We’ll take a deep dive into your health story—your goals, symptoms, lifestyle, and habits. I’ll help connect the dots and create a personalized plan that supports your body’s needs using nutrition, lifestyle shifts, and targeted supplementation when appropriate. I aim to make things practical, sustainable, and aligned with how you live.
Do you only work with women during pregnancy or postpartum?
Not at all. While I specialize in prenatal and postpartum care, I also support clients navigating fertility, hormone imbalances, thyroid issues, digestive concerns, and adrenal-related fatigue or burnout. If you’re feeling depleted, out of rhythm, or simply not like yourself, we can work together to support your body through a root-cause, nourishment-first approach.
Will you tell me what to eat or put me on a strict diet?
Nope. My goal is never to restrict or overwhelm. I’ll guide you with education, gentle structure, and food strategies that support your body’s healing. I believe in nourishment, not numbers—and in helping you feel more in tune with your body, not more controlled by food rules.
